Vigorun Tech to Launch New Cost-Effective Remote Control Flail Mower — Model MTSK800

Vigorun Tech is set to release a new, economically designed remote control flail mower — the MTSK800, priced at USD 2,900. This model offers the same 800mm cutting width as the company’s flagship VTLM800 remote control rotary mower, while focusing on affordability and efficiency for everyday users.

The MTSK800 shares the same proven servo drive system as the VTLM800, including servo walking motors, worm gear reducers, servo motor controllers, and a 56V 4kW brushless generator, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

Each 48V 1000W servo drive motor features a built-in self-locking function, ensuring that the mower only moves when both power and throttle are engaged. Without throttle input, it remains stationary, preventing unintended sliding and improving safety during slope operation.

The RV063 worm gear reducer delivers powerful torque multiplication for climbing performance. Its natural friction-based self-locking ability keeps the machine securely in place even during power loss — a key safety advantage on steep slopes.

The intelligent servo controller precisely regulates motor speed and synchronizes both tracks, allowing straight-line travel without constant steering adjustments. This reduces operator workload and enhances stability, especially on uneven or steep terrain.

A 56V 4kW generator provides steady power for both propulsion and battery charging, ensuring long operation time under demanding conditions.

The MTSK800 is powered by a Loncin single-cylinder gasoline engine with a horizontal output shaft, 420cc displacement, and rated power of 9kW. This powerful engine ensures smooth and reliable climbing performance even on steep slopes.
(In contrast, the VTLM800 remote control slope mower is equipped with a Loncin engine featuring a vertical output shaft, single-cylinder, and 452cc displacement.)

In terms of versatility, the MTSK800 follows the same multi-functional design as the MTSK1000, allowing interchangeable front attachments for diverse applications. It can be equipped with either a flail blade or a hammer flail, enabling the machine to handle different mowing and vegetation management tasks with ease.

With its lightweight, high-value configuration, the MTSK800 is designed to deliver professional-grade results at an affordable price — an ideal choice for customers seeking performance and cost efficiency.

The MTSK800 is expected to be officially launched in November, and pre-orders are now open.
